The Village in Burns Harbor gets national recognition for "Green Development"
1st American Management is proud to be the management company for The Village in Burns Harbor, a neighborhood community in the Town of Burns Harbor, has been recognized as the first national “Green” development under the American National Standard Institute standards used by the National Home Builders Association. The Village received “Three Star” certification from the NAHB Research Center, the third-party certification provider for NAHB Green, the NAHB National Green Building Program.
